Important information
Every ticket wins a prize. All prizes are drawn randomly and cannot be swapped or refunded. Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for in-store drawings.
Shipping
Shipping is not charged with the initial ticket purchase. After the drawing, we will calculate shipping based on the prizes won and send an updated invoice.

Buy 5 or more eligible Kuji tickets and receive 10% off online or in-store. The discount applies to eligible Kuji tickets only.
Returns
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases. Randomly drawn prizes cannot be exchanged for another prize.
