What is your shipping time for instock items?
Domestic Shipping: 1 - 7 business days
International Shipping: 1 - 3 weeks.

What is Back order and Pre-order?
- Backorder: The item is already released and it will take 2-3 months time for it to arrive at our warehouse.
- Pre-order: The item has not been release yet, you can find the estimated shipment date underneath the product title.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind purchases.
Preorders cannot be cancelled.
